Here is your guide to swapping the city skyline for the crystal-clear waters of Batangas.

Option 1: The "Easy-Breezy" Commute

Perfect for solo adventurers or those who want to start their "digital detox" the moment they leave the city.

1. Catch a Bus to Batangas Grand Terminal: Head to the terminals in Buendia (Pasay) or Cubao. Look for buses (JAM, DLTB, or ALPS) bound specifically for Batangas Grand Terminal.
2. Choose Your Connection: Once you hop off the bus at the Grand Terminal, you have two ways to finish the journey:

• The Local Experience (Jeepney + Trike): Take a jeepney bound for Mabini, get off at Jollibee Mabini or Alfamart Anilao, and take a quick tricycle ride to the resort.
• The Direct Shortcut (Taxi): For a more seamless transition, you can hire a taxi at the terminal. It’s a 30-40 minute drive directly to the Porto Novo gates. It’s the fastest way to get your bags into your room and your feet into the water!

Option 2: The Private Road Trip (The "Fast Track" Route)

Skip the city traffic and get to the coast faster with this updated route.

1. SLEX to STAR Tollway: Drive south on SLEX and continue straight onto the STAR Tollway.
2. The Balagtas Exit (End of STAR): Drive all the way to the very end of the STAR Tollway. You will pass the Balagtas Toll Plaza.
3. The Bypass Shortcut: After the toll, you’ll reach a large roundabout (rotunda).

• Take the first right (toward the Batangas City-San Pascual-Bauan Diversion Road/Bypass Road).
• This road allows you to bypass the busy downtown area of Batangas City.

1. Connect to Bauan-Mabini: Follow the bypass road all the way to the end until it intersects with the main highway. Turn left toward Bauan, then look for the right turn at the Bauan-Mabini junction (usually marked by a South Star Drug or Jollibee).
2. Anilao Bound: When you reach Jollibee Mabini, make a right. Keep driving until you see the Alfamart Anilao, then make a left.
3. The Home Stretch: Look for the Porto Novo signs. On your right, turn into our Private Road.

Parking: Choose Your Comfort Level

We want your arrival to be as stress-free as possible! Our private road is a bit steep, so we offer two options:

• The Easy Park: If you’re not comfortable driving on steep inclines, we have an Alternative Parking Space located immediately after you enter the private road. It’s flat and easy to access. Our service vehicle will pick you up.
• The Direct Drop-off: Continue driving down the hill. Turn right twice, and you’ll find yourself right in front of Porto Novo Anilao.
